CIRCULAR CULTURES: TOPOGRAPHIES OF WASTE
Μπορείς να σχεδιάσεις τα σκουπίδια σου; Για 4η χρονιά, το British Council Greece και η Στέγη παρουσιάζουν το Circular Cultures, ένα διήμερο πρόγραμμα με ομιλίες, συζητήσεις πάνελ, εργαστήρια και masterclasses, όπου σχεδιαστές, καλλιτέχνες, επιστήμονες και πανεπιστημιακοί θα εξετάσουν τα απόβλητα μέσα από τις τοπογραφίες των αστικών συστημάτων. Αναζητούμε την περιβαλλοντική δικαιοσύνη και βλέπουμε πώς οι πρακτικές κυκλικής οικονομίας δημιουργούν ένα άλλου είδους design, πιο πολιτικό, πιο συμπεριληπτικό και, τελικά, πιο ανθρώπινο.

Can you design your trash? For the 4th year, the British Council and #OnassisStegi present #CircularCultures, a two-day program comprising of keynotes, panel discussions, digital & interactive face-to-face workshops, and masterclasses, where designers, artists, scientists, and academics will be looking at waste through the topographies of urban systems. We seek environmental justice and observe how the practices of circular economy bring about another kind of design, more political, more inclusive, and, ultimately, more humane.
